IT Service Desk Technician

We are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to respond effectively to all FM related client enquiries and direct them to the relevant expert.

The role will involve providing technical support to clients, predominantly in IT and technical facilities management services, both remotely and on site. Duties will include IT technical support, system installation, monitoring and maintenance.

Customer Service Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Executive to join our busy client services team. If you have experience in customer facing roles and are enthusiastic about delivering excellent service we'd like to hear from you.

You will deal with customer queries and liaise with our internal teams to ensure we respond to their needs promptly. You will also be responsible for keeping in touch with the account management team to make sure the customer is always fully informed and updated. 

You will be a key point of contact between suppliers, customers and staff and you will understand the importance of resolving queries with minimal disruption to the customer. Updating our internal CRM systems will be a key part of the role.

External account manager vacancy

Orchard Facilities Management is on the lookout for an experienced account manager to look after our existing client base and ensure we continue to deliver excellent service as we grow.

As an External Account Manager you will be responsible for keeping in touch with our customers every 4 to 8 weeks to maintain a strong relationship based on openness, trust and service.

Orchard Facilities Management is an exciting and fast-growing business that invests in its team and has a strong focus on personal development and career growth.

We work with businesses nationwide to minimise costs and streamline operations in relation to waste management, data and IT managed services, pest control, maintenance, PAT testing  and building services and all areas of compliance.

We currently employ over 30 people and are going through a period of rapid expansion which will see us increase our head count by 18 in the next three years.

As we provide more services to clients it is important that we maintain excellent customer relationships and continually review the service we are delivering to the businesses we work with.

The successful candidate will achieve business sales through the management of relationships with existing clients and will ensure our service is always meeting their current requirements.

NEW BUSINESS EXECUTIVE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Business Executive to support our plans for regional expansion.

The role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their career with a fast-growing Yorkshire business.

Based at our head office in the heart of Calderdale and Kirklees, this role will cover the M62 corridor. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, signing new clients and promoting our entire portfolio of facilities management services.

Orchard Facilities Management works with businesses nationwide looking after waste management, IT managed services, pest control, maintenance and cleaning, PAT testing and building services and all areas of business compliance. We currently employ over 30 people at our head office in Elland and are set to create a further 18 jobs in the next three years.
