Orchard Facilities Management is recruiting for an experienced IT technician to join our expanding IT managed services and servicedesk team.
The role will involve providing technical support to clients and will consist of remote and on site support.
Candidates should be confident in delivering system installation, monitoring, maintenance and other technical support.
As part of our IT and facilities management servicedesk team you will be expected to take calls from customers about IT and other FM issues, communicating with other internal specialists to resolve non-IT related tasks.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Some flexibility will be required to provide out of hours cover on a rota basis.
