We are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Technician to support plans for our technical team to spend more time face-to-face with clients.
Orchard Facilities Management now schedules regular in-house time each month with our IT managed services clients so that a member of our tech support team is on hand to help directly with maintenance, installations and queries. This is in addition to remote assistance and IT service desk support and helps us fulfil our ambition to strengthen the relational side of our business by working as part of a client’s team.
This enhancement to our service has resulted in a new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can respond effectively to all FM related client enquiries and direct them to the relevant expert.
The role will involve providing technical support to clients, predominantly in IT and technical facilities management services, both remotely and on site. Duties will include IT technical support, system installation, monitoring and maintenance.
