Orchard Facilities Management is currently expanding in preparation for our move to a new headquarters in Huddersfield in March and we are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role and will understand the importance of resolving all customer enquiries in a proactive and efficient way.
Our busy customer services department is responsible for keeping in touch with the account management team to make sure the customer is always fully informed and updated.
They are a key point of contact between suppliers, customers and staff and also make sure our internal CRM systems are always up to date.
Orchard Facilities Management prides itself on its outstanding customer service and we are looking for someone to help us maintain our reputation for responsiveness and client care.
We are expanding rapidly as we push ahead with plans to become a national player in the facilities management field.
