Orchard Facilities Management has been recognised for its commitment to quality, customer service and efficiency after being successfully assessed for the prestigious ISO 9001 standard.
Orchard was first awarded ISO 9001 in 2010 and the latest assessment acknowledges the steps taken by the firm to maintain rigorous quality systems across the business.
Managing director Gareth Henderson welcomed the award and said his team had worked hard to implement and audit its internal quality management.
“Everyone at Orchard Facilities Management is dedicated to maintaining the highest possible levels of customer service and our commitment to quality has become an integral part of our staff training programme,” said Gareth.
