We were incredibly proud to be the headline sponsor of the 2016 It’s a Knockout corporate fundraiser at PPG Canalside in support of Town Foundation.
TV presenter Keith Chegwin was a fantastic host and made sure there was lots of fun and laughter throughout the day.
There were 12 teams battling it out to overcome inflatables, assault courses, costumes and lots of water.
Town Foundation Trustee Sean Jarvis was a superb referee and the Rosenbauer UK team members were worthy winners.
Well done to everyone who took part - Extract Technology, Sheards, Hirsche Auto, Brewfitt, Towndoor, Rosenbauer UK, PURE Legal Limited, Fantastic Media, LV, Huddersfield Community Trust, Chadwick Lawrence and our very own Team Orchard!
The event is expected to raise thousands for the Town Foundation, which works hard to improve the lives of children and young people in the area.
Gareth Henderson, managing director of Orchard Facilities Management, said: “A huge thank you to everyone who took part and all those who worked so hard to make this event happen.
“We all had a huge amount of fun on the day and managed to raise lots of money to support the incredible work of Town Foundation.”
Julie Sheffield from the Town Foundation said:
“Thanks to everyone who took part in the Town Foundation’s ‘It’s a Knockout’ competition, in particular our event sponsor Orchard Facilities Management. Without Orchard’s support, holding the event would not have been possible.
“Thanks also to Keith Chegwin and the ‘It’s a Knockout’ team for coming and making the day so memorable for everyone involved.
“I’m sure that everyone who took part had a great time on the day; we’ve had lots of great feedback.
“The support that every business has given through getting their teams sponsored will make a big difference to the charity and the lives of young people in the area.”
