Orchard Facilities Management has expanded its in house compliance team with the appointment of Dan Matthews to the role of site facilities and services project manager.
As a NEBOSH certified facilities manager and fully qualified fire and risk management assessor Dan will support the planned expansion of Orchard’s compliance services over the next 12-18 months.
Dan joins from financial services firm Sesame where he was facilities site supervisor for more than 11 years.
Gareth Henderson, managing director of Orchard Facilities Management, said Dan would be responsible for launching a new programme of customer site surveys in the New Year to identify risk and implement year round planned maintenance and compliance schedules.
“Dan’s appointment is part of a wider initiative to expand our in house expertise and deliver a comprehensive compliance and maintenance service to our clients,” said Gareth.
