Huddersfield architectural firm One17Design has teamed up with Orchard Facilities Management for a year-long property development project in the Ripponden Valley.
Mark Lee of One17Design said the construction scheme highlighted a growing trend towards on site facilities management as an integral part of the design and build process.
One17 specialises in architectural and interior design including the restoration of listed and significant buildings.
The company has completed a variety of residential, commercial and heritage projects across the North of England including the conversion of grade II listed brewery premises into offices at Lockwood Park in Huddersfield and a mixed use scheme for Huddersfield Methodist Mission.
This latest project involves a complete redesign of a 1950s property on Ripponden bank to create a five-bedroomed luxury home with contemporary open-plan living and landscaped gardens overlooking the valley.
