Forget Me Not Hospice’s Christmas networking event for businesses that have signed up to its 99ers club will be hosted by Orchard.
The charity’s final networking event of 2015 will be held at Orchard House in Elland on December 9.
Orchard Facilities Management technical director Neil Ewing said: “We are looking forward to welcoming our fellow Forget Me Not Children's Hospice 99ers who share our ethos of contributing positively to the local community and also value the importance of building relationships with like-minded businesses.”
Corporate supporters of the hospice’s 99ers initiative pledge a donation of 99p a day towards its work to support local children and their families.
Mr Ewing added: “As long term supporters of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice we are fortunate to have developed a strong partnership with the charity and many of its corporate sponsors and we are looking forward to getting together to mark the end of another successful year of fundraising.”
Orchard Facilities Management manages and maintains the charity’s computer systems and ensures its sensitive data is stored securely. Orchard also delivers a full waste management service to the hospice and its shops, including disposal of its clinical and hazardous waste, helping to keep these costs as low as possible.
Emma Kovaleski, head of corporate fundraising at Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, said: “The regular monthly contributions we receive from our 99ers make it much easier for the charity to plan its budgets throughout the year.
“We are delighted that our Christmas event will be hosted by our trusted partners at Orchard House and we look forward to getting together to celebrate the heartfelt support of our business sponsors over the past year.”
