The company already had a large car park but recent rapid expansion had put pressure on space. With further plans in the pipeline to recruit between 30 and 40 new staff the management were concerned that employees might start parking on local roads, causing a nuisance to residents. They decided to transform some of the waste land adjacent to the office building into usable space for parking and called on Orchard FM for help.

We removed all waste and spoil, laid drainage and hard core and finished off the area with tarmac and white lining.
