Orchard Facilities Management manages waste services for Leeds care group Orchard Care Homes, looking after its homes across the Midlands and the North of England. Since starting to work for the organisation Orchard has been appointed to deal with an additional 44 properties acquired following the collapse of care company Southern Cross.
After negotiating with our network of suppliers we were able to tailor a service that met the waste disposal needs of the organisation and also offered a more cost effective option to their existing portfolio of services.
Our team handles all invoicing, supplier negotiations and queries, leading to further time and cost savings for the business. We also advise on compliance with waste regulations and complete any necessary paperwork, taking the burden away from the care home group and giving them one point of contact for the waste management of all their 87 UK sites.
